Donations to the Project to Restore the Przerosl Jewish Cemetery are processed by the Foundation for Jewish Philanthropies. You can contribute to the project in one of four ways:

  • Online (credit card donations only): The Foundation's website includes an online donations form at http://www.JewishPhilanthropies.org/donate_online_new.php. Fill out the form and submit it to the Foundation. In response to the prompt, "Please select the agency you are contributing to" (or words to that effect), select "Poland Jewish Cemeteries Restoration Project" from the drop-down list. In response to the next prompt ("This gift should be credited to the following fund"), enter "Przerosl Jewish Cemetery." Note that the Foundation processes donations for many organizations; please be sure to specify that your donation is intended for the Przerosl Jewish Cemetery project. If you do not specify that your donation is intended for the Przerosl Jewish Cemetery project, your donation may not be properly applied.

  • By Mail (check or credit card donations): Print and fill out this form. If you're paying by check, please make sure that your check is payable to the "Foundation for Jewish Philanthropies." If you're paying by credit card, please make sure that you have included all of your credit card information and that you have signed the form. Mail the completed form (and your check, if applicable) to The Foundation for Jewish Philanthropies, 787 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14209.

  • By Fax (credit card donations only): Print and fill out this form. Please make sure that you have included all of your credit card information and that you have signed the form. Fax the completed form to the Foundation at 716.882.3076.

  • By Phone (credit card donations only): To contribute by phone, please call the Foundation at 877.933.6369 (toll free) or 716.882.1166.

The Foundation can also accept donations by other means, such as wire transfers, securities, and bonds. For more information, please contact Peter Fleischmann, Foundation Director, by phone (at one of the numbers above) or via email (Peter@JewishPhilanthropies.org). For security reasons, please do not attempt to transmit this form via email.

The Foundation will acknowledge all donations to the Project to Restore the Przerosl Jewish Cemetery. If your donation is $250 or more, you will receive a 501(c)(3) charitable contribution receipt and your donation will be tax deductible to the full extent allowed by US law. (If you are contributing from a country other than the US and require a receipt for tax purposes, please contact me for information.)

Every penny of your donation to the Project to Restore the Przerosl Jewish Cemetery will be applied to restoring the cemetery. We need your help! Please be as generous as you can be.
