Approximate Translation (courtesy of Krys Bienkowski) On the 9th day of November, 1827, at 8 o'clock in the morning, Mowsza Chajmowicz Myszkowski, 20 years old, living here in Przerosl, arrived with two witnesses, Mortehaj Jankilowicz Rubinstein, 45 years old, Rabbi, and Joel Szymiechowicz Filipowski, 61 years old, both living here in Przerosl. He showed us a child born here in Przerosl on the 5th day of November at 3 o'clock by his wife Rocha, 20 years old. During circumcision the child was named Lejba.
